Another principal topic in our work are concepts for quality assurance and safety in the food chain for vertical and horizontal cooperations. Succesful implementation and coordinated action require rules which are carried out with a lot of engagement and insistence by all parties involved.

Cooperation concepts have to be realistic and practical. Changes in familiar proceedings and workflows must be well considered. In our experiences many small steps are mostly more successful than radical re-organization.
